Terms and Conditions
1 - All payments are non refundable under any circumstances.
2 - Any name can be changed on any booking as long as one person from the original booking remains. We must be informed of name changes prior to arrival.
3 - In exceptional and rare circumstances we reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation to that which is booked. The alternative accommodation will be of comparable location and standard as the original hotel booked.
4 - Accommodation will start on the first day of the booking. We cannot change this irrespective of flight delays, illness and other circumstances. Check out on day of departure is 12.00 pm local time.
5 - Any damages to rooms will be paid for at a pre determined rate and will be payable in resort in local currency.
6 - We reserve the right to curtail any customers stay with us without prior warning or notice under these circumstances: Excessive damage to rooms, violence to other guests, possession of drugs ( as proved by local police ), violence towards hotel staff.
7 - Overnight guests will be allowed at hotel owner’s discretion free of charge, unpaid longer term guests will not. No persons may stay in your room on a holiday basis that has not paid for a place. People found to be doing so will be charged from the first day of your stay at a rate of 50 euro’s a night, non payment will result in the entire parties stay being curtailed with immediate effect.
